Hey loves wanted to share with y’all my own recipe that I call French chicken. This time I decided to make it with oven veggies.You can also make it with mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
For French chicken.
- One pack of chicken thighs
- Herbs de Provence spice mix( You can find it at Marshalls or TJ. Maxx)
- Salt
- Pepper white and black
- garlic powder
Preheat the oven to 365 degrees Fahrenheit. Start by washing the chicken well, sprinkle salt, pepper, spice mix and garlic powder on the chicken on both sides. Place the chicken with the skin up on a greased pan.
Spray with a bit of oil. Put it in the oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Broil on low for 2 minutes at the end.
Ingredients:
For the veggies.
- Potatoes
- Bell pepper
- Broccoli
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
Peel and dice potatoes set them to the side. Wash and cut long strips of the bell pepper.Wash and cut broccoli in small florets.
Add salt white pepper and oil to the potato bowl. Mix well then spread on a greased pan or a foil lined pan. Set the potatoes evenly spread.
For the potatoes, put them in the oven at the same time as the chicken and leave them for 25 minutes then broil on low for three minutes at the end.
Add salt and pepper to the broccoli and bell pepper and set it in a greased pan also.
For the bell pepper and broccoli put it in the oven for five minutes towards the end.
